Flounder and Pasta salad

Flounder, pasta, shoyu soy sauce, mirin, semi-dry white wine.

Cut flounder into half inch thick pieces.
Fry on on both sides using sesame seed oil.
Add pasta.
Add shoyu soy sauce and mirin.
Cook on medium and add more mirin to taste.
Deglaze using semi-dry white wine and mix into the salad.
