  1. I never knew sugar turns into liquor. So that means I was always right when I called my little sister drunk, when she would get all hyper from eating too much candy. That's so cool.

  2. You missed the point, sugar doesn't turn into liquor, sugar is a preservative. Because of the high concentration of sugar in the Marula fruit, instead of rotting, they ferment.

You can make wine/liquor at home by putting fruits in a bottle, covering them in sugar and leaving outside in the sun or even in a closet.

  3. Moshe: ahh I see now, ok that makes more sense. So the sugar aids in turning it into liquor, but its not the ingredient that causes it to turn to liquor.

  4. It is the ingredient that causes the fruits to turn into liquor. You really gotta start drinking, then you'll have an innate sense for these things. ;-)

  5. Very funny video. The monkeys had a hangover, which I thought was very very funny. Thank you for putting up that video. Brightened my day tremendously.

  6. I like the part where the elephant is so drunk it can't even stand up and still trying to reach for the next fruit. :-D
